Bill’s Oyster: Classic Oyster Bar Meets Laid-Back Sophistication
Bill’s Oyster will be the type of restaurant or bar that Chef Berg would like to spend his free time at. This polished yet down to earth restaurant in Downtown Austin is a direct influence of his upbringing in New York. In addition, it is influenced by all the time that he spent in New Orleans.
Chef Berg fell in love with oyster bars and seafood, especially the longtime local magnets. Bill’s will be an ode to old-school New Orleans classic oyster bars. The decór will be nostalgic, glamorous, have natural rich woods, custom tile work, and antique finishes. Patrons will have the option of sitting indoors at the bar, at an indoor table, or drinking on Bill’s patio.
Bill’s will be perfect for any occasion. Including lunch meetings, after-work martinis, or a delicious dinner spot. Bill's will be the spot to unwind with friends after seeing your favorite artist at ACL Live. Chef Berg is excited to bring his love of fresh seafood to Austin. His goal is to transport guests back to the heyday of classic oyster bars. Bill's will have fresh daily seafood, great cocktails, and a fantastic ambiance.
