Local Foods, a Texas-based staple since 2011, has a mission centered around supporting local farmers, ranchers, fishmongers, artisans, and vendors local to Texas with intentionality around sourcing from vendors in the immediate vicinity.  Local Foods features a menu of scratch-made sandwiches, hearty salads, and chef-created sides, using local ingredients whenever possible, as well as Texas-produced wine and an all-local beer list.
